What to Expect at the Get Lean Seminar

We are excited to have you come to our Get Lean Seminar this week and just wanted to give you a sneak peek at how the seminar will go.


The purpose of this seminar is to provide the knowledge and motivation you need to help you accomplish your fitness goals. One of the first steps in achieving your goals is to understand where you are right now and that is what the Fit3D scan is designed to help you do. 


I know there were probably some mixed emotions when you saw your scan but regardless of your first impression, I encourage you to use you scan as motivation not only to continue working hard to maintain the good things you saw, but to get a better picture of the areas you want to improve. This first scan is especially valuable as it will serve as the baseline when you compare it to your second scan in 6 weeks.


While some of the content in the scan is self-explanatory, how to use that information may not be. During the first half of the seminar, we will discuss how to use the data in your Fit 3D scan to improve your health and fitness.


  • What your waist to hip ratio and trunk to leg volume says about your overall health

  • How to use your lean mass to determine how much protein you need

  • What you should do if you have bad posture or unequal balance

  • How to use BMR to determine your recommended calorie intake

  • How to interpret the data, etc.


During the second half of the seminar, we will focus on fat loss and the unique technologies that Lean Body Solutions has to help you reach your goals.
